Summary

The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation consistent with capital preservation. Under normal market conditions, the fund is managed based on signals generated by a proprietary model maintained by the fund's sub-adviser (the "Model"). The Model is "technically weighted," which means that it assigns a greater or lesser importance to asset classes based on signals derived from their price trends. It primarily invests in exchange-traded funds ("ETFs") which represent these broad asset classes as opposed to securities representing the debt or equity of individual companies. The fund is non-diversified.
